Remember when it came out reading into it that Tony&the boys had it all planned out. The narrative implied that the 50 teams were established in 4 days. Don't think that was necessarily true (or interpretted right?). Isn't Defenders JUST forming in Jersey? Would be happy to see the 50 teams listed by SA#1 - however unlikely. How hard can it be to set up core teams with, at least SHIELD agents with or without costumes? Team Rhode Island has 5 Mandroids ATM for example.

Comment on BATO #4:

..as having said we'll probably never see them: they don't really exist, not in 'our reality,' not in the MU.

Not if we don't see them, not if they're not ALL introduced.

And the Order just got cancelled. So much for the Order.

And what, really, would be the purpose of introding 50 full teams when Marvel can barely handle its few 'regular' titles and franchises now, and keep them straight?

We have scores of villains with 0 characterization, a bunch of whining, potty-joke-telling heroes, and one million boring, de-powered non-mutants mucking up the landscape, to say nothing of all the skrulls...

..so do we really need 50 teams to further muck up a landscape which Marvel has almost totally lost control of? chances are, if they are created, they, too, will have 0 characterization and exist only nominally.

No thanks.

Claremont, Stern, Byrne, Johns, Carey, Brubaker (who is tanking on Uncanny in my opinion)...these writers could perhaps pull it off under another CEO.

But Bendis, Millar, and Ellis, under JQ? What I get from them is a sense of arrogance and contempt for the reader, and little more.
