If you were planning on getting the "Without Fear" TP collecting Brubaker's Mr. Fear story from #100-105, you should also get the TP collecting #95-99, the lead-in story. Mr. Fear was behind the scenes in this one, except for the final part of the story. The main villain for this arc was the Fear-manipulated Gladiator, who Brubaker also did complete wonders with. Both TP's are called DAREDEVIL: HELL TO PAY, with one as Part One and the other as HELL TO PAY Part Two. Part Two is on sale in April, and I believe HELL TO PAY Part One is already available. Here's the cover to one of the Gladiator issues (cool cover, eh?):

Cranston is far more interesting than the other Mr. Fears. They were just thugs with gimmick, using it rob banks or doing other uncreative things with it. Cranston actually has a personal grudge against DD and uses his abilities to make DD suffer, that's far more interesting than a thug with a gimmick. Cranston does truly evil things with his abilities.
