I have no clue where this Wonder Con was or who was invited to attend but it's clear from the coverage last weekend that there was no Marvel presence. Thus no Marvel news. Before that it was some sort of publisher-retail thing and DC made some major announcements. Nothing from Marvel. Has Marvel made any major Con-level announcements in months? Then there's the fact that Joe Fridays seems to have been killed. I can't blame Joe Q not wanting to be lambasted weekly by fans about OMD anymore but I'd happily take the column even if he refuses to even look at OMD related questions.

Any idea tho' when the drought will end?

I think Marvel's gotta be pretty tired, and a lot of their big news and amazing info has blown up in their faces lately.

That and saying anything about AFTER SI would give info in SI, probably. Talking about SI lets the Skrull out of the metamorph bag. They've been bit in the rear a lot by telling the public too much about what's going on so by the time it's released we've all figured it out (often with, "if it really is THIS.. well, that's horrible. It can't possibly be THAT" and it turns out to be exactly that.. the worse case scenario fans have figured out)so maybe they're trying a new plan.. be quiet and let folks read the comics before reaching conclusions \:\) Nah, ain't gonna happen. \:\)

Remember kids, The EIC of Marvel says that smoking is bad, divorce is bad, but Satanic Pacts are A-OK(as long as the Devil makes the offer FIRST)!
