Going from memory here (I've already put that book away... somewhere).
Hulk and Sentry go at it, each seemingly as strong as the other. They exhaust themselves, but powerless Banner gets the final blow, knocking powerless Bob Reynolds out cold.
Rick has a heart-to-heart with Bruce. Miek doesn't like this, and it's revealed that Miek knew all along that Sakaar was destroyed by the Red King. He was just manipulating Hulk into believing the Illuminati were responsible, I think because he was unable to accept living in peace. Bruce has a tantrum, turning back into the Hulk and killing Miek.
Hulk is fixing to rampage and radiating massive amounts of gamma radiation, so that needs to be stopped. They use that satellite to deplete Hulk's gamma radiation, then take him away to a prison 3 miles underground (shouldn't they have done this in the first place?--I mean before they even sent Hulk into space).
Then across the universe, on the now-desolate Sakaar, we see a long-haired, green-skinned figure rise from the muck. Enter: Skaar, Son of Hulk.
