Yesterday, I finally read World War Hulk - main miniseries, that is.

So, I was reading and reading, got to the final issue... Got to the moment when Hulk started fighting the Sentry and then... I realized that my copy had mixed-up pages! And the final half of the issue turned out to be incomprehensible...

Could anybody explain to me in detail what happens after the Sentry arrives? I managed to understand that he got crazy (why?). Then, Hulk defeated him (how?). Then, Miek was killed by the Warbound, because he had something to do with Hulk's planet destruction (but what exactly?). Then, Hulk got really strong (why?) and got zapped with some satellites, which turned to Banner (why?).

If anybody can fill in the blanks, I'd really appreciate it.

Lord Majestros:
Well, part of the character is that he's mentally unstable. It seems that he wanted to unleash his power and have someone unleash their power on him. IMO, his characterization was VERY forced in order to put Hulk back into the hero role in the story. It would have made WAY more sense if Sentry had come to try and stop Hulk and in the process, he lost control and the evil side of his personality, The Void, would have reemerged and Hulk had to fight that aspect of him. Sentry unleashing his power for what seems like the thrill of doing so was COMPLETELY out of character even with his mental problems.

>Then, Hulk defeated him (how?).
Lord Majestros:
The two pounded on each other until each was forced to revert to his human form from the punishment they took (the writer noted this in an interview after the issue) and Banner then KOed Robert.

>Then, Miek was killed by the Warbound, because he had something to do with Hulk's planet destruction (but what exactly?).
Lord Majestros:
Miek wasn't killed, just badly injured. He's in government custody as shown in the current limited about the Warbound. As for what Miek did, he saw some of the Red King's people put the warp core bomb on the ship during "Planet Hulk". By not telling Hulk this, he basically let all the people get killed when the bomb exploded. If he had told about what he knew, then the bomb most likely could have been disarmed and the millions of people that died wouldn't have.

>Then, Hulk got really strong (why?) and got zapped with some satellites, which turned to Banner (why?).

Lord Majestros:
Miek's betrayal pushed him over the edge because one of the beings he trusted with his life betrayed him by not telling him about the bomb and letting millions be killed as a result. Hulk's rage went to levels that it had never reached and his power went out of control. The mix of all the different weapons on the satellites caused Hulk to revert o Banner, there hasn't been any more detail given than that. The reason they didn't try this earlier is because Hulk's ship was jamming the satellites which Sentry stopped when he flew thorough the ship before engaging Hulk.
