I placed some orders with them and the service was fine. Not overnight shipping, but the prices are wonderful and the response time not bad at all. I even e-mailed them about a book I wanted but wasn't posted and they responded quickly to that indicating it was available but was missed on the site (their side)

If I ever give in to the monthly bug again I'd probably use their sister single issue pre-order service, too.
