Banshee, Jean Grey, Cypher, Namorita, Synch, Skin, Kraven (The original) Ant Man (Scott Lang) Agatha Harkness, Thunderstrike, Darkstar, Alpha Flight.

Logically: Alpha Flight, Ant Man, Namorita, Jean Grey and maybe Banshee could be likely candidates to return. the rest of the list are such minor characters, had a purposeful death, or had such a limited following because of their comicbook lifespan..that I doubt marvel would care to bring them back.

Psylocke would be on my number one.
Aunt May number two and
Penence would be my Number three

.....Psylocke could remain dead for good, Aunt may could be discovered to have been dead for a while (since BND she's just a dumb old bag again anyway and is just used as a doting filler for the stories) and Speedball could be found alive and well in the custody of skrulls.
