They didn't duplicate Reed and Tony because Veranke wants revenge on them for saving Galactus, which resulted in Galactus destroying Throneworld and killing her relatives.

Ah, thanks. Err.. because she wants revenge on them she didn't supplant them? Why not replace them and torture them for eternity somewhere? Or is just killing them not enough for revenge? Not being snarky, just haven't read the stuff so I'm cunfoozled
