I assume you mean protagonists/heroes, since your examples are all such.

Protagonists Unidentified to this Day

-- Deadpool, as the OHOTMU has confirmed Joe Kelly's version of his origin such that "Wade Wilson" is not his real name.

-- Straw Man/Scarecrow (may not have a real name in any meaningful sense)

-- Sir Steel and the Silver Squire of Freedom's Five; this is a bit of a cheat in that the characters were only seen in cameo flashback's to Union Jack (Montgomery, Lord Falsworth)'s World War I career.

Protagonists Unidentified in First Appearance

-- Wolverine would be an obvious case; even his longtime alias, "Logan," didn't turn up until Uncanny X-Men #103. "James Howlett" is obviously a later revelation still

-- Hawkeye's real name was not revealed until Avengers v1 #64

-- Solo; real name wasn't revealed until his miniseries

-- Cloud, of the New Defenders

-- Moondragon

-- Drax the Destroyer
