I looove the Night Shift. Was Shroud with them?

I was always curious from when they appeared back in the Whackos book. Shroud told Hawkeye only a few of teh Night Shift are aware their true nature (That the group is a front for teh Shroud to be close to the criminal underworld and to destroy it from within). It was obvious Werewolf was in the know, but who of the rest could of?
