    Quote:
    Well let's see...

    Quote:

Scott and Jean - marriage ended by Jean's death (as I don't remember them getting a divorce).

    Quote:

Captain Britain and Meggan are still married.

    Quote:

Hank and Jan have been married and divorced.

    Quote:

Black Bolt and Medusa are married.

    Quote:

Deathbird and Vulcan are married (sort of).

    Quote:

Professor X and Lilandra were married (sort of) and now they're not (well she's dead now anyway so that's a moot point).

    Quote:

Scott and Maddie were married until her death, plus they had Nathan who grew up to be Cable.

    Quote:

Whizzer and Miss America were married and had Nuklo.

    Quote:

Hulk married Caeira (until her death) and they had Skaar, plus there's the new She-Hulk who's the daughter of Thundra and Hulk (using his genetic material) AND it's alleged that the new Scorpion is the daughter of Banner and Monica Rappacini.

    Quote:

Mystique had Graydon Creed with Sabretooth, and Nightcrawler with Azazel.

And she lived in a very long relationship with Destiny, until Irene's death.

    Quote:

Major Mapleleaf (II) married Puck (II) and they had a child (before they were killed along with the rest of Alpha Flight).

    Quote:

Guardian married Vindicator and they had a daughter.

    Quote:

Namor married Dorma (before her death) and then Marrina (and the jury's still out on whether she's dead or in suspended animation in the Master's ship) - plus what about the three children that Marrina was alleged to have when she became Leviathan?

    Quote:

Ares has Alexander as his son (with an unknown woman).

Well, most gods seem to have children all over the place, there was a son of Hercules in one of his limited series as I recall, and also Loki's daughter whom Spider-Man helped rescue during Straczynski's ASM run.

    Quote:

Quake is the daughter of Mr. Hyde.

    Quote:

Doctor Druid has a son Sebastian (aka The Druid) with an unknown woman.

    Quote:
Slingshot is the daughter of the Griffin.

    Quote:

Hellfire is the grandson of the Phantom Rider.

    Quote:

Stonewall (of the Secret Warriors) is the son of one of Marvel's greatest icons, we just don't know who that is yet.

    Quote:

Excavator is the son of Piledriver (from the Wrecking Crew) with an unknown woman.

    Quote:

Plus don't forget over in Avengers: The Initiative - Tigra is pregnant by a Skrull.

    Quote:

I can't think of anybody else off the top of my head.

    The GoldenAger

Well, there is

Luke Cage and Jessica Jones - married with daughter Danielle

The Prowler (Hobie Brown) is still married to Mindy McPherson, AFAIK

Colossus has a son (Peter) by Nereel in the Savage Land, but he somehow is unaware/in denial about him, IIRC. And of course there are a few kids spawned by Wolverine floating around.

Ka-Zar and Shanna - married with son Matthew

Let's also not forget some of the alternate timelines, notably Age of Apocalypse (in which e.g. Rogue and Magneto are married and have a son), the that of X-Men: The End and Genext (various X-kids), and MC-2, the latter including:

Peter and Mary Jane Parker - married with children May (Spider-Girl) and Benjamin

Felicia Hardy - divorced from Flash Thompson, children Felicia and Gene, last seen living in partnership with Diana

The Thing and Sharon Ventura - divorced, children Alyce and Jacob

Human Torch and Ms. Fantastic (Lyja) - married, son Torus

etc.

(Yes, MC-2 is "only" an alternate timeline, but we are talking about 130 issues of Spider-Girl and Amazing Spider-Girl alone)
