What I'm getting at is that theres a potential that seeing as how Marvel is now owned by Disney (not liscensed out like the stuff Boom does)that they may make MArvel go 'in house' through Harper Collins and not Diamond....thats all...there's POTENTIAL!

Sure... potential... and they could indeed begin a separate line of Disney comics utilizing characters currently not tied up in contractual agreements with BOOM!. Thus Disney could, say, publish "Pirates of the Caribbean" through Marvel, which is distributed via Diamond. Meanwhile the Disney stable of characters like Mickey & Donald, as well as several Pixar and Muppets characters are stuck in legal contract with BOOM! and distributed via HC.

Since BOOM! is NOT publishing characters like Roger Rabbit or Aladdin or even Chip'n Dale Rescue Rangers, Disney could still opt to give those licenses over to Marvel as well. Thus BOOM! and Marvel would be simultaneously publishing Disney-owned characters and distributing via different channels.

Interestingly, I noticed that BOOM! only has publishing rights to the FIRST movie related to the TOY STORY trilogy (hence the reason you don't see characters like Jessie or Bullseye or even Emperor Zurg which wasn't introduced to the trilogy until TOY STORY 2. BOOM! would have to purchase the license for TOY STORY 2 in order to utilize those characters. HOWEVER, Disney could license TOY STORY 2 (and 3) or BUZZ LIGHTYEAR OF STARCOMMAND which are all different licenses to Marvel and thus run a whole different approach to Toy Story related characters, though this could create friction with BOOM! whose profitability would diminish and also affect Disney's profitability. The better strategy would be for Disney to just wait for BOOM!'s license to come up for renewal and deny it. Or, buy BOOM! and use BOOM! as it's exclusive publishing house for Disney comics related to any of it's various licenses/owned characters, including Winnie the Pooh, Power Rangers, Princesses, Little Einsteins, etc. DISNEY PRINCESS & WINNIE THE POOH comics are currently licensed out so they'd have to wait on those, though.

Disney has had its comics published by different USA markets before. Nothing stopping them from doing so again.
