Iron man/Tony Stark is pretty close. I liked Tom Janes Punisher but he fits more with an early on Frank. Those are the ones that are probably nearest. Hugh Jackman was pretty good too but I did not like Wolverine Origins much. Nick Fury was decent if you go with the Ultimate version.
