and with his father dead and gone, and phobos at first showing signs of distrust because he wasn't allowed to join the heroes at siege, i really wouldn't put this past him. so far, with phobos being a more recently introduced character and relatively familiar to almost everyone (whereas Straw Man, Dweller in the Darkness, etc are somewhat obscure), i would put more money on the kid. I would love to see a collection of fear-based rogues pop up here, though...straw man would be awesome for sure.

also, there is that trauma character from Avengers: The Initiative, but i dont think he is really being utilized right now that much.
