I'm surprised this isn't burning up the internet more:
According to the 001AU one-shot written by Kathryn Immonen, ALL of the Runaways are dead. The story features a lone Victor Mancha trying to help young survivors during the crisis, and he later reminisces about all the friends he's lost. Point-blank, he states:

are all dead. Now, to be fair, there is an inherent problem here - Nico and Chase are both alive and well in Avengers Arena - but I guess we can write that off as Victor confusing their AA disappearance with getting killed during Ultron's attack.

Still, would Marvel really kill off the remaining Runaways off-panel; MOLLY?!!

... or is this storyline set outside normal continuity? I haven't read any of it so maybe someone can fill me in?

Nearly all of earth's heroes are dead in Age of Ultron. It seems to take place in the near future. No book's current storylines have been effected by the series YET. But it seems like this near future may have some serious effects on the continuity of Marvel's books soon.

So are the Marvel 616 Universe Runaways dead? Kind of. But the future (and past) of 616 Marvel may be changing \:\)
