Hi, I recently found all my old comic books and have become OBSESSED XD I've developed a love for the character of the Kingpin and want to read more However, I am a bit confused as to where to start. I read a few of the amazing spiderman issues where the Kingpin is introduced but I'm really looking for the best stories involving him. I've always stuck to spiderman I read that Frank Miller really made the character his own in the 80's Daredevil comics and I'm intruiged to see this version but I really don't know where to begin and I'm wary about going away from good o'l spidey!! I'm new to this really so I was looking for a graphic novel as oppose to seperate issues that's easy to find and avalible cheaply in the uk? I tried watching the film of Daredevil but I really didn't like this interpretation of the character XD Thanks \:\)

Is probably his most famous storyline, and is regarded as the best Daredevil storyline, as well as one of the finest Marvel storylines ever published. The Kingpin finds out Daredevils secret identity (I believe that this was a rarity in those days.), and systematically goes about destroying his life and trying his best to "break" Matt. Although the Kingpin is a little bit too sadistic and monstrous in this one, read it. You shouldn't be disappointed. It's also really the final Daredevil storyline.

If you're looking for Spider-Man only storylines with him, I would recommend Spectacular Spider-Man #100, and the preceeding issues. #100 was the first time that Peter and the Kingpin had a physical fight, and the previous issues show his love for his then wife Vanessa. There's more, but most of his best stories are in Daredevil (Like the Fall of the Kingpin storyline in issues #297-300, and Bendis wrote him very well during his Daredevil run.). I hope that helps, for starters.
