It's Norrin Radd, the (Formerly Silver) Surfer.

It was established in KIB #3 that it's definitely not The Surfer.

Also, I've only just noticed this, The Surfer refers to Knull's opposite as "it".
So it's a pretty safe bet that it's not Star Lord or Balder either.
