I just picked up Ghost Rider #55 (the original Johnny Blaze volume), where he had a team-up with Werewolf by Night. The two were surprisingly open with each other, having lunch together in their civilian IDs so they could sort things out with their alter-egos. The issue ended with the two of them as friends who were willing to look out for each other when needed.

That friendship feels like a missed opportunity. How cool would an occasional Ghost Rider/Werewolf by Night team-up have been?
