Original version of Drax was intelligent just driven by single minded hate of Thanos. When he returned and blamed Marv, he was still quite intelligent but again still blinded by his hate for Thanos that he transferred to Marv.

1990's Drax......ugh. Cosmic comedy relief. Was having Grimlock flashbacks.

To tell the truth, I didn't care for the childlike Drax when he appeared in the Silver Surfer book but started to like him when he was a member of the Infinity Watch.

I loved this team, especially after it was revealed that Thanos was the secret 6th member.

Back then, I didn't like the drawings of Angel Medina. I started to appreciate Angel Medina with Blackwulf.

But, to me, the concept of this team was perfect.

I don't think Carol is cannibalizing the FF.

I am not totally convinced by my own theory.

It's just that... well, Carol Danvers is different from Reed & Doom but I can't help drawing parallels between Carol on one side and Sue, Ben, Johnny on the other.

Also, she has become the first line of defense against alien empires & cosmic threats. Back in the day, it was the job of the superhero team of the Space Age, the FF.
