Saw this online. Poor Doc Savage; how far you've fallen. Who else has had drastic changes to Bullpen perceived importance as of today?

Savage wouldn't really be that important to Marvel. Ever.

    Uhm...Gullivar Jones?! Whodat?

Kind of a blatant John Carter ripoff, but he was a Vietnam war vet transported to Mars a billion years in the past.

[Maybe Marvel could reestablish publishing rights and have Doc run Savage Avengers to help his Q-Rating? ;\) ]

Savage isn't a Marvel property. Although some of the early stories are public domain, someone does own the Trademark, and they were suing people over it as recently as 15 years ago.

Does the Rock still have his movie coming out?

50 years later, and Quicksilver is still "not as important." \:\(
