Well Hasbro is as protective of IP as Disney, so they're gonna protect it. Especially since they're trying to launch a live action movie. They need villains.

Yeah I keep hearing they want to do a movie-verse with their toy IP's, could be interesting as long as they don't rush into it like DC did with Justice League.

A ROM movie could be good, though I think I would also like to see a ROM anime series
