    Very annoying nits:
⦿AIM, HYDRA, The Hand as boringly recyclable as ever.

Nah, the jokes made at their expense was worth it.

⦿AND THE MOST SERIOUS pet peeve is the matter-of-fact casual abundance of Cosmic Cubes! C'mon, Bullpen, get on the ball ...er... cube! These things alter reality! If you have one just take out the others? How are characters like Ripley Ryan really that exciting a supervillainess choice if these power boxes are commonplace? Oh yeah, and WEHT Kubik? How can Cap be such a gullible goof going it alone when Avengers Standoff at Pleasant Hill was such a globally and personally damaging recent Event? Maybe these Cubes are akin to the artificial version that Reed Richards claimed he could make (and really hasn't - remind me what issue that was) but are limited in scope? Why not make this distinction with the Macau market merch? And it's not a throwaway story idea 'cuz Deadly Sabre is now more dealy than ever with his.

Well, the big plot hole here is why anyone would auction off a cosmic cube. It can already give you anything you want. $30 billion? The cube will generate that for you. Whatever you want to buy with $30 billion? The cube will generate that for you. Who in their right mind would give the thing away?

But, "let's get real", in spite of all that negative there was plenty positive to make this an entertaining read:
    ⦿Grabber cover.
⦿Excellent marketing strategy have big name Spidey team-up in 1, Cap team-up in 2, Wolverine in the next issue, just keep these organic crossovers going until the book and supporting cast gets it's legs.
⦿Refreshing foreign setting for a change in Macau.
⦿Notable that the "secret" FWS has it's own "flamboyant" helicarrier.
⦿Storyseed strife with brother Takeshi. Plus he is given backstory tidbits here.
⦿Esme cameo better than nothing to keep a supporting cast count out of the gate.
⦿Supervillain auctions are fun if done right and are believable.
⦿INTRO: Lady Iron Fan! (She has potential and a different power.)
    ⦿Good banter humor.
    ⦿Respectable getaway of Lady IF.
⦿Curious last page mystery FWS foe and Lady IF is more than a one-shot villain.
    ⦿Done in one adventure.
    ⦿Nice art.

Yes, it was a very fun issue.
