I was hoping for an on-panel resolution to Dr. Locke's subplot for one thing.


For another, how many team comics have a first issue where they come together to trounce some world-beater. I didn't mind finding out what happened to Yankee Clipper, but I think half of that could have been cut to make room for something more exciting.
