SPider-man: any writer with the talent and courage to negate the Mephisto Mind Wipe
Iron Man: the classic team of Dave and Bob
X-men: someone who decides that is enough of the revolving death door and constant resurrections, decides to start reorganizing the books and characters into something coherent and entertaining.
Fantastic Four: I honestly wouldnt mind if Byrne did the writing but let someone else do the art nowadays, or perhaps Jim Starlin
Dr. Strange: JMS
Captain America: Timothy Zahn
THOR: JMS, and also any other writer that understands that Mjolnir is for THOR and only a select FEW other worthy to wield like Steve Rogers, Beta Ray Bill and Dargo. No more of this unworthy crap.

Conan:
Wolverine: someone that can write some grim and gritty stories that make sense, no more retcons, no more Weapon X program junk....
Deadpool....
Punisher: Garth Ennis, we need him back.
