I guess I wasn't the market for the film - I had been reading the comic for ages, and the segments were simply mediocre in comparison. Also, I personally don't like heavy metal music, so ...

I thought it a shame that American squeamishness about nudity meant that a DVD release couldn't include Corben's "Den" animated short as an extra. Heck, someone somewhere must have made a combination of the two.

Corben did a live-action Den as some sort of college film, right? Before he did the comic? Has it ever been released anywhere? Too bad all of the comics didn't get a supplemental feature on a DVD or Blu-Ray, even as ROM features.
