I remember it being on weekdays, after school, Monday thru Friday. They'd have the live-action Mario & Luigi sitcom for maybe 15 min, then switch to a SMB cartoon. On Fridays, instead of the SMB cartoon, they showed a Legend of Zelda one instead (which was far better). This show later evolved to "The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3" show, then the "Super Mario World" show. This was all from the late 80's to early 90's.

Thoughts?

I never watched the Mario or Zelda shows as a teen, but I did watch Captain N.

About 5 years ago I did watch the Super Mario Bros Super Show with Captain Lou Albano as Mario and the other guy as Luigi, with my kids. I'm not sure if they were on Netflix or if we had DVD. It's funny how they're so Italian they always talk about pasta and stuff. We always saw ads for Zelda but we didn't have access to it.

My kids also watched Captain N with me. Season one at least.
