I was on Marvel.com and noticed that Amazing Spider-Man #540 wouldnt be out until 5-9-07. However, I was on another site that has it coming out on 4-25-07. Has it been delayed?

What I'm wondering is if there was such a delay because of CW, did the creative team just stop working? Shouldn't we have gotten 2 AMZ in Jan and Feb? Now we're getting more delays?
