That's wishful thinking at its most optimistic. There's no way a "clone saga" could get translated into a live-action movie and not get panned by critics. Anyone remember "Multiplicity"? Or "Sixth Day"? Raimi had to be talked into using Venom. There's no way he would agree to incorporate a polarizing, confusing mid 90's storyline into the next movie that 50% of Spidey fans despise.

And that IS coming from someone who's a Reilly fan.


But the early 70s version could work. I, too, doubt they would. But you never know.
