How pheromones big up things like bombs and astral projections I don't know. Honestly though, we haven't seen IM use the "iron sense" all that much and so far it hasn't done anything his normal sensors couldn't do. We know it didn't warn him about Vision attacking in Civil War, which a spider sense would have, so I think it's safe to say he doesn't have it. Maybe he just created something similiar and figured out how to screw with Spidey's (it's been done before).

Well, it would've warned of Vision attacking, but only that "danger" is nearby, not necessarily from Vision. But that's just my opinion. Some writers make the Spider-Sense very vague (split sections before "danger" occurs, with maybe the direction the danger is coming from) to other writers having him use it to investigate mysteries.
