It appears that this entity needs to periodically mate and acquire a new host periodically. I wonder if this means that the "other" entity could eventually occupy a male host? Anyway, she has her eyes set on Flash and aggresively pursues him to fulfill her "need". This leads to some solid action sequences and some funny moments. I was reminded of the movie "the Kindred" from some years back.

Maybe I misread or misunderstood, but I thought they were inferring that the Quentin Beck Mysterio was actually the future Chameleon. Is that not what you got from it?

No, I didn't get that impression, but I certainly wouldn't rule it out. I thought the future Chameleon had to have a DNA sample from someone to take their appearance. Maybe he dug up Beck? *eek*

Plus, when he died his face was a hodge-podge of the identities he assumed. I didn't see Mysterio's.

I got the impression that although Ms. Arrow knew of the existence of the future Chameleon, she tolerated him because they shared the same goal: the destruction of Spider-man.

I originally thought the Quentin Beck Mysterio was a LMD of some sorts. I've been rethinking that since the revelation of Ms. Arrow's true identitity, but I don't think he was the Chameleon.
