Anyone knows why the filmmakers refused to make what the Alien Costume worn by Peter Parker diffrent compared to what it really looked like in the comics? This kinda annoys me that they change things of what comicbooks originally intended things to be.

No clue, especially considering how popular that costume is... For what it's worth, Venom (minus the added webbing) and Sandman look nearly identical to their four-color counterparts.

It's kind of odd too, considering how cool the Doc Ock re-design looked in comparison to the horrible Green Goblin costume... like how could the same studio put out such different results.
