You absolutely are guilty of Fanboy-ism but that is beside the point. The point is, though I don't personally think his opinion was that well thought out it was an opinion none the less. He didn't like the focus on MJ and he thought she was annoying. That's a valid opinion.

Yes, because he was the first one to start a 2nd Spider-Man 3 thread. Up until he posted there had just been one *rhe*

Former Comic movies and their cream of the crop rating (compared to a 45% for Spider-man 3)

Spider-Man: 84%
Spider-Man 2: 95%
X-Men: 59%
X2: 81%
X3: 51%
Batman Begins: 63%
Superman Returns: 73%
Hulk: 53%

Even X3 and Hulk for gods sakes.

> Listen, I'm not being unreasonable. I'm not asking people to like the movie. I'm just asking, is there really a need to make a new thread to trash the movie every few hours when other threads are directly below it? Surely, some of you would prefer to talk about the comics or maybe even specifics of the movie.

You are absolutely being irrational because you're attacking one person for something that tons of people are doing. More importantly, your going into threads you know you have no interest in just to make trouble in them.

I'm guilty of being a fanboy-ism how again? What definition are we using for this? I mean we are on a comic book message boards so maybe it's all relative.

One? There were like seven. At any rate, I didn't mean to make a post about any one particular person. It's just that everything on this boards is always over the top negative. Unfortunately, I somehow turned it into being negative about people being negative, which was my mistake.

Are you saying Hulk was better than Spidey 3? That would be sad day as I think we can all be in agreement about that one. Anyway, are these the "cream of the crop" numbers or the overall numbers? I have a hard time believing Spidey 2 got a 95 from cream of the crop and, as you point out, I am being a fanboy here.

I'm not starting trouble on purpose. And I only made one comment in one thread to tell people to stop posting one liner slams and it spiraled into this. Again, I'm talking to everyone in general. Let's all chill out. Complain all you want. I'm not a mod and shouldn't be harping about other people harping. I was just hoping for a little bit of thought on a discussion board.
