I didn't get a Tim Sale vibe from it, but the Punisher certainly appeared much more thuggish than he often does. It worked for the story.

I enjoyed the story and would have to go back and reread it to figure out exactly how Wells did it, but this particular issue really exemplified the contrast between Spider-Man's character and the Punisher's, from flippant remarks made to bullying attitude as well as physical depictions.
