Hello, everyone,
Although it's been nearly a year now, the controversy about One More Day/Brand New Day has yet to die down, no matter how much Mr. Quesada and everyone else at Marvel would like it to. So that got me thinking: after 11 months of the current status quo, what do you think now? Are you still as upset and disappointed as I am that Spider-Man and Mary Jane's marriage was erased? (And I remain one of the few that the marriage WAS erased rather than HOW it was undone, and man, I didn't like how it was undone)

So, should Peter and Mary Jane's marriage be restored into continuity again? If so, should it last forever or for a while? Should Spidey's secret identity be public knowledge again like in and after "Civil War"? And if the marriage returns, should Aunt May remain alive afterwards?

All of these questions and more are in this survey, which you can find here:

http://FreeOnlineSurveys.com/rendersurvey.asp?sid=0evhnm0y41k0v2x516395

Please keep in mind that you have until next Wednesday to vote in this survey. After that, I won't be able to see the results anymore. I'll announce the results here next Thursday after everyone has a chance to vote.

Thanks for your time and, hopefully, your votes.

I'm really sorry, but due to the overwhelming number of responses since last night, the survey has crashed and I cannot see the results anymore. A new link will be up later tonight for you guys to vote on. I am SO SORRY for that. I apologize for any inconvenience and for what's happened. But I really didn't expect so many of you to respond so quickly.

In regards to the comments made by you guys, I understand if it comes across as overly supportive of the Spider-Marriage. Then again, if you've seen my signature for the last 11 months, what'd you guys expect? Also, the retcon of the Spider-Marriage may not be the very reason why many left the comic or why they're upset, but a lot of fans beside me sure are still upset. You can say it was how it happened that made you leave or that the new status quo is what made you leave, but one thing we can agree on is that a lot of fans are still unhappy.

If you have any write-in questions you'd like me to add to the survey to make it seem more fair to both sides of Spider-Man fans, I am all for it. Just leave your comments here on what you'd like to see asked as a question and at least a comment for each "yes" and "no" suggestion for the answers (ex: "yes, I do like the Brand New Day books" or "No, I do not like the Brand New Day books").

Thanks for your attention,
Stuart Green
