I understand why marvel is trying to distance itself from BND by saying it's over. For me, BND is as major an event as Crisis on infinate earths was. So when crisis was over, the "event" was over, but the ramifications continue till today. I consider the DC universe as pre-crisis and post crisis. Spider-man will be pre-BND and post BND for me. Whether they call it something else or not.
