It's poor etiquette to put a spoiler in the thread title.

Spoilers are, I believe, only things which give away plot points rather than the presence of particular people. Otherwise every time you watched a promo on TV or read an interview about an upcoming issue that would be spoilers.

Besides all the title suggests is that Norman may be involved, gets my interest rather than confirming he is doing anything in the story. Besides the sentiment could be being expressed about something people have said in the post above about Norman in an unrelated statement, like if anyone is going to be involved in the end of Peter as Spidey it should be Norman, LIKE in Ultimate SM. There would be no spoiler there at all. Its about how you read it.

I disagree incidentally. Norman is Peter's Joker, and despite all the fuss over Doc Ock over the years I wouldn't like the first and greatest Goblin to ever leave for good again. As time has shown, no-one else measures up to the Goblin role. All the fly by night wannabes including Phil and Kingsley still confirm to me that Norman was confirmed as the one and only DADDY of the Goblin persona the moment he ripped his shirt open to reveal that scar from the impalement. 'IT IS ME, NORMAN OSBORN, YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE!' That classic moment sold me on him as a never ending scourge in Peter's life.
