Considering that executives have publicly apologized for the racist and sexist things they've said in these e-mails, I highly doubt they aren't authentic.

These are e-mails from executives in their work accounts. How is that NOT an official Sony policy? These are the people who make the policy!
They could still be falsified and made public and then the execs would have no choice but to apologize for anything that appeared racist as denying would do no good.
