Great cover and exciting inside art. Lots of soap opera content.
anti climatic issue that really was nothing but an ad for it's satellite books.
It's the opposite for me, the main book is much more engaging/interesting than the crossover titles to the Event. Not perfect but entertaining/engaging enough. The one moment that was an outrage was when Spidey delays reading the SOS 'message in a bottle' from Spider-Woman.
Quote:The ending which has already been spoiled was very "so what? we've seen that a billion times before"
Never saw the SPOILERS and was so happy for that fact. It made the ending so much better. It's not like versions Jean Grey hasn't returned even more times than Ben. Not that this phenomena should be overdone 'to death' which it often is in the MU. The fact that this story arc is inherently issuing iterations of Spidey ad infinitum sort of demands that some other version of a known character be dynamically factored in. What better and more interesting a choice than Ben in this case? Who, deep down, already isn't anticipating how they want the encounter to go? Probably the Weaver has a known face too that could be fun guessing at.
Now that the cat is out of the bag. Some good observations
I miss Dad and Dan.
This wasn't worth the paper it was printed on
