After he and MJ are attacked by The Hobgoblin, who now claims to be the son of Norman Osborn, Peter and Black Widow infiltrate Oscorp to try and get some answers from Harry, who still believes Spidey had something to do with his father's death (as you may gather, Norman's death from "The Night Gwen Stacy Died" was not undone as it is in 616)
The strip is hilarity personified with how bonkers it is with it's plots. If you're not familiar with it, give it a go, you may be quite amused.
Really the newspaper strip is its own continuity. If you really wanna no-prize an answer, I guess you could maybe make the claim that it is a shared continuity up until the marriage but not a single second beyond that. Several villains that either are currently dead or have had extended dead periods were still being used in the comic strip.
