    ...To quote Kelly Clarkson.

Sin Eater uses some of his men, now transformed into man-spiders by the Spider-Queen's virus, as bait for Morlun, Morlun consumes them, and confronts Sin Eater. Morlun almost beats him but Sin Eater triggers a hidden shotgun blast which takes Morlun down from behind.

In the astral plane, Doctor Strange and the Order of the Web battle a six-armed demon brandishing guns, a gigantic demonic Wilson Fisk, zombified Aunt Mays, and OMD MJ, now revealed herself as a demon. Strange delays the demon MJ long enough for the Spiders to enter Kindred's graveyard realm, little suspecting Sin Eater lies in ambush

    My thoughts

A big load of nothing happening in this one. Morlun at his most ineffectual, a man who took and tested Peter to his limits is easily jobbed out to Sin Eater in a span of only a few pages. We get no real elaboration on what the demonic Mary Jane is other than...a demon? That's it?

The conversation between Gwen and Julia was alright I guess, but didn't tell us anything about Peter we haven't experienced before. Who was that demon with the six arms and a gun and how vital is he to Peter's history?

Very confusing issue, and the plot didn't advance a jot.

You're right. Elaboration and exposition was clearly lacking. Even Easter Egg references, the obscure ones, were too vague for my liking.

The Kelly Clarkson quote was awesome, though. The ASM v2. #46 footnote was very welcome, also.
