Not sure I understand everything they're saying.

They're saying that there was an old rumor that if Sam Raimi had made a 4th Spider-Man back in the day he wanted Bruce Campbell to play Mysterio. Now that Sam Raimi is making Dr. Strange 2 he has scheduled Bruce for a cameo and people are hoping it will be as Mysterio and that maybe he will also appear in No Way Home. But Campbell is saying he's not interested in playing a hero or villain in a big superhero movie.
