I' not going to lie, that story never bothered me as much as it did everybody else. Don't get me wrong, I don't think it was a good idea, but quite frankly, I shrugged it off.
However, I know it did bug a lot of people, so I am glad it got rwsolved.
But personally, I am still waiting to see what comes of the Spider-Marriage. That is what I care about.
If all the hinting and alluding to the end of OMD turns out to be trolling, I think that would be the final push to stop reading any Marvel comics.
No matter what you think about the marriage, 75 issues of teasing what fans want, really making it seem that was, and just giving a screw you...
That is am incredibly cynical dick move.

IT still amazes me that they allowed a story where one of their flagship characters that is written for fans of all ages to make a deal with the devil, all because he wouldn't take responsibility for his actions and their consequences.
