Given the context, it might be even more complicated than that: this Spider-Girl might be the previously unseen future daughter of Ben Reilly & Janine (or not?)...

I had the same theory.

Who wants to bet there will be a wedding in ASM#900, and it's so Ben can marry Elizabeth, and the next logical step for Peter is he becomes not a father, but an Uncle?
