Not really. Zod, Faora and Quex-Ul were from a pocket universe which still hasn't gone away. He will face his world's Zod, Ursa and Non for the first time. Retconned out, it seems, is his encounter with Zod in "For Tomorrow". Unless Johns says that version of Zod in "For Tomorrow" was an ancestor.
