How can he be a kid? He spent 4 years on a planet under a red sun during the last crisis. He should be in his early twenties.

And let's not forget we don't know exactly what went on when he, Kal-L and the others were "away". Did they age or not? Alex sure looked older than he did before.

The two periods of his being "away" seems to be why PrimeSlime looks big enough to use the name "Superman" now. Thing is, he apparently had anything but a normal life in the "other place". Did his mind mature during that period? Also, did he have the time to mature during the four years he was held prisoner by Bart, Barry, and who knows who else?

If anything, PrimeSlime has twice had his personal growth stunted. Not only is he a homicidal maniac, he's emotionally immature. What's the word..."fixated"? "Arrested"?

Try to reason with an emotionally disturbed child...
