Given the new more godly and contemplative Thor who has experienced death, the power of the rune knowledge, the sacrifices to obtain that knowledge, the Odin power and the learning curve to wield it, seems to be more removed and lordly, do you think he will change his style of fighting?

Based on the preview images of the Iron Man throwdown it looks like he might be the long range fighter ala Magneto that he always could have been but rarely chose to be. This seems more a change of temperament than a power up (or down for that matter). He often fought long range with Mjolnir but this looks more like the sort of storm god behavior that was in maddeningly short supply in his previous incarnations.

Can you imagine a regal Thor marching thru trolls, demons, etc by simply using the wind and lightning to knock them aside without any effort as he strides to whoever his main opponent is?!?! I LIKE IT!

I prefer Thor to go into hand-to-hand mode with worthy opponents. It's more visceral. Not saying that he shouldn't use the other powers, but in fighting peers, he should get his hands dirty. I would like it, too, if it was required in order to fight truly worthy foes; he can't just dismiss them from a distance, he has to get in their face and fight. And he can use the additional powers to turn up the heat.
But, yes, I love the idea of him being more aloof and sweeping lesser opposition aside with storm powers as if from nowhere, even if he is walking calmly and doesn't appear to be summoning them (i.e. no grand arm gesture, etc.).
