Many thanks, as Mek can testifie, I am talented in MANY fields, not just drawing and computor graphics.
My main problem is the fact I love ALL forms of art, and can't find a job because I have no degree. \:\(
I've even taught my best friend how to draw.

That's too bad. I teach college for a living, and, yeah, the degree gets
you in the door. Even a 2 year Associates Degree is enough. It signifies
to the potential employer that Hey, this guy's trainable. Once in the
door, though, it's talent like yours that'll keep you employed.

What's prevented you from getting a degree? Primarily money? Lack of
time? Or what?
