Aside from a single issue within the Thor's book, or possibly a crossover with IM or an Avenger book, the clone should be a short lived very dead piece of something. The Thor shown in the first 3 issues of this new series would wipe the "aberration of genetic code" from existence.

Completely agree. If Clor can even come close to giving Thor a serious, even fight, it's just going to further weaken what being an actual god really means in the Marvel universe. Marvel would be telling us that insignificant little humans can duplicate something approaching a bona fide god's power, and that'd upset me.

Unless someone like Ultron or the Mad Thinker gives Clor a power boost it should not be able to truly challenge Thor. If Hercules (admittedly in a rage and as such he may have been hitting a little harder than usual) can smash its face in with a fake Mjolnir, the real hammer should pulp the imposter. If Thor wasn't holding back on Tony then there is absolutely no way he would hold back on the clone.
