Hi All

I never have been a major Thor fan, but recently I have been meaning expand my comic reading and am going to buy major storylines of Marvel iconic characters. You know - Thor, Hulk, Iron Man, Fantastic Four etc. I do buy the ‘Marvel Spotlight’ to help, but I missed the Thor one.

I know the major storylines such as:
- Blood and Thunder
- The newsiest series

That’s about it. Anything else that can be recommended? Also could you please specify if they are available in Trade form?

Much appreciated
Thanks

if you don't already have them, go back to the roots -IMO the most spirited, most inspired Thor -- Thor Essential Trade Paper Back 2 & 3 -- Lee Kirby Hey Day at the top of their game -- includes classic Tales of Asgard stories as well

Simonson may have been inspired but Kirby was true heart and soul - don't think he would ever have turned Thor into a frog (still a real low light and disrespect to the character in my eyes) and please don't get me started with....
