When Thor floated Asgard above NYC before Ragnarok it challenged US Airspace(ie disrespected, right?) when was the first instance that you recall Thor 'going against' the US gov't?
I don't think floating Asgard above Oklahmoma was a direct challenge. As this is a new Asgard free of Ragnarok, perhaps THOR wanted things different rather then establishing the rainbow bridge again.
Only time I can think of when he "Went against" was in THOR #3 when Iron Man approached him and spelled it out on no uncertain terms that things had changed, there was no middle ground, and that THOR is with the new system or against it.
Needless to say we all know THOR's response
